All pews in both churches are now available for seating. We have also returned to the distribution of Holy Communion as we are all accustomed to. Though we have a limited number of missalettes, they will also be available for congregational use. As we gradually adjust, please keep in mind that the wearing of face masks is still strongly advised, sanitation stations will still be available, and if you are uncomfortable with this decision, are feeling ill, or are symptomatic - please stay home and pray for us, as we will for you! Thank you all for your patience and your continued cooperation as we move forward! May Mary, our loving Mother and Queen of Carmel watch over us, and may God bless you abundantly! Fr. Jerry
Hello, I’m Brother Michael Joyce…coming to you on this Good Shepherd Sunday. Christ often uses this image of the Shepherd and us as the sheep. This is an important image because the shepherd does many different things:
Throughout my life I’ve had many different shepherds who have done that to me. And I realize that they have helped me to become a better version of myself. Who has helped you become a better version of you? Helped you to grow and to love? Encourage and pray for those in your life who have helped you become who you are; those who will make you holier so that the rest of us can help make the world holier…
